1. Servicios: We offer digital marketing services, content production, automation, funnels, ads, and consulting; characteristics and deliverables are detailed in each proposal/contract.
2. Pagos y Divisas: Contracting is formalized with the acceptance of the proposal. Prices, terms, and payment methods are agreed upon in writing; non-payment may result in interest or suspension of services. Godzilla Consulting quotes and charges in the client's currency. For USD↔MXN operations, the FIX exchange rate determined by the Bank of Mexico and published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on the banking business day immediately prior to the payment date applies. For other currencies, the payment processor will apply the exchange rate in effect at the time of the charge. Charges, taxes, and commissions are shown clearly and in total before payment.
3. Propiedad Intelectual: The Agency retains proprietary methodologies and tools; deliverables are assigned within the agreed scope after full payment. The Client guarantees that the materials provided do not infringe third-party rights.
4. Confidencialidad y Responsabilidad: Both parties must maintain the confidentiality of information classified as such. The Agency's liability is limited to the amount paid for the services causing the damage (with exclusions for lost profits and indirect damages), unless expressly agreed otherwise.
